We collect: (a) Information you provide: name, email, phone number, company name, website URL when you request a proposal or register as a partner. (b) Automatically collected analytics data: visitor and session identifiers, anonymized IP address (last octet masked, RFC-compliant), approximate geographic location (country, region, city, ISP) derived from the anonymized IP, browser, operating system, device class, screen size, referrer URL, UTM source/medium/campaign/content/term, landing page, pages visited, CTA clicks (with the button label), form interactions, scroll depth, and timestamps. We do NOT store raw, unmasked IP addresses on disk and we filter out automated bot traffic. (c) Identity data (only when you log in): user ID, name and email — linked to your sessions so we can provide a personalised experience. (d) Company data: When you submit a URL for proposal generation, our AI scans publicly available website information to generate commercial proposals. (e) Payment data: Processed securely via Stripe. We do not store credit card details.

We use your data to: Generate personalized commercial proposals. Provide and improve our software services. Send notifications about your proposals and projects (via SMS, email, or WhatsApp). Process payments and manage subscriptions. Analyze website usage to improve user experience. Comply with legal obligations.

We share data with: Stripe (payments), Twilio (SMS/WhatsApp), OpenAI (AI proposal generation — anonymized). We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

Proposal data: Retained for 5 years for commercial reference. Account data: Retained while your account is active + 2 years. Analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized after 12 months. You may request deletion at any time.
