By accessing aurocle.software and using our services, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

Aurocle Software provides: AI-powered commercial proposal generation. Custom software development and implementation. Software module catalog and licensing. Partner program and referral services. 0% software financing (subject to separate terms).

Proposals generated by our AI engine are commercial offers valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Pricing in proposals is indicative and may be adjusted based on detailed requirements analysis. Signing a proposal constitutes acceptance of the proposed scope and pricing. All proposals are confidential and intended solely for the named recipient.

All software, designs, methodologies, and AI models are the intellectual property of Aurocle Software Ltd. Client-specific deliverables are licensed to the client upon full payment. Source code ownership depends on the selected delivery model (Full-Service vs Self-Build).

Full-Service: 50% deposit on signing, 50% on delivery. Self-Build: 100% upfront. 0% Finance: Monthly installments as per the financing agreement. Late payments incur a 2% monthly interest charge. Platform access may be suspended for overdue accounts (€2,500 reactivation fee).

Aurocle Software's total liability is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific service. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. AI-generated content (proposals, reports) is provided as commercial guidance and does not constitute legal or financial advice.

Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Early termination of financed projects requires settlement of the remaining balance. Completed work up to termination date remains billable.

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes shall be resolved through mediation first, then arbitration in London, UK.

We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use of our services after modifications constitutes acceptance.
